This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. It will take approximately 5 minutes.
The form will start out collecting information to sign up one player, but if you have additional children in the household to sign up, you will be able to add them quickly once finishing the first form (and we offer $10 off for each additional child in the same household).
You must pay with to complete this registration today. We do not accept checks by mail or cash. Players on free or reduced lunch programs can apply for 50% off, but will still have to pay 50% today. For your convenience, we accept

All registration levels offer a 2-payment plan option until January 31, 2019.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
Recreational games are scheduled to start on April 6, 2019 and run through June 1, 2019. There are 2 holiday weekends (2nd weekend of Loudoun County Spring Break and Memorial Day Weekend) in which no recreational games will be played.
ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY
No mail-in forms will be accepted for registration. All registration will be done online. If you have trouble accessing the online system, you can try any public library to use their computers for registration. All payments including checks, can be paid online.
> We will partially refund your registration fee if requested formally prior to March 10, 2019.
> Refunds requested prior to the start of our "late registration" period will incur a $20 administrative fee.
> Refunds requested that include our additional "late registration fee" will incur a $20 administrative fee + the late fee.
> No refunds will be provided after March 10, 2019 for any reason, unless we are not able to place your child on a team, in which case your full registration, less a $20 processing fee will, will be returned.
> The refund request instructions will be provided at the end of this form
Registration fees do not include the Sterling Soccer Club uniform or other equipment needed or required to participate.
> If you DID NOT play in Sterling Soccer Club (formerly SYSA) during the Fall 2018 season, you will need a new uniform to participate in the Spring 2019 season due to the fact we have updated our branding and uniform colors.
> Uniforms can be purchased at Sterling Soccer (47100 Community Plaza #128, Sterling, VA 20164). Players U11 and above will need to wait until the coach assigns numbers prior to purchasing.
Thanks to the generous donations of fellow member families, community members and corporate partners, Sterling Soccer Club is able to offer a limited number of players in need 50% off our normal fees. The number of players we can accommodate is directly tied to our scholarship fund balance (see below if you can give).
> QUALIFY: Players on a Free and Reduced Lunch program at their school automatically qualify. Players with other special circumstances may apply in confidence to the Sterling Soccer Club Board of Directors President.
> INSTRUCTIONS: During this registration process, you will have an opportunity to submit your request for help, but will still have to submit 50% of the normal fees at this time.

Can you afford to "Buy One - Give One" so less fortunate members of of the Eastern Loudoun community can play the game they love?
> If so, as you complete this registration process, you'll have the opportunity to donate to the Sterling Soccer Club Scholarship Fund, and we encourage you to give at the $100 level so at least one more player can have at least 50% of their fees covered, and get help with uniform costs.
> We are a registered 501(c)(3) not for profit, so your donations are fully deductible. 100% of funds donated to this fund using this form will only be used to reduce the registration fees and/or uniform costs of other players in need.
> If you or a company you're associated with can do more to support our community, please contact any board member at your convenience so we can share our vision and work together to make Sterling Soccer Club a true community club.
If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $10 discount on each child's registration fee. In order to claim this discount you MUST register all of your children at this time.
This form will walk you through the first child, but will then offer for you to add players just before the final payment step on the Review Page. On that page there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player".
