This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment for one or more children in a single household. It will take approximately 5 minutes.
Registration is not complete until payment is submitted. Payment must be submitted at the time of registration. We do not accept checks by mail or cash.

Recreational games are expected to start in September, but the actual start date has not been set at this time. The season will run through November 5 (U4/U5 and U6-U10-last game with a rain date of November 12) and November 12-13 (U11-U19-SFL Bonus Game Weekend -if available).
ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY
No mail-in forms will be accepted for registration. All registration will be done online. If you have trouble accessing the online system, you can try any public library to use their computers for registration. All payments including checks, can be paid online.
Following are the fees* for Fall 2022 Season:
U4 & U5 (Born from January 1, 2018 to July 1, 2020)
June 7 – June 19 (11:59 pm)-Early: $115
June 20 -
July 20 (11:59pm) extended to July 21 (11:59 pm)- Regular Period: $130
July 21July 22- until full - Late Period - placement based on availability: $145
U6-U19 (2004-2017 birth years)
June 7 - June 19 (11:59 PM) - Early: $160
June 20 -
July 20 (11:59 PM) extended to July 21 (11:59 pm) - Regular Period: $185 July 21 July 22- until full - Late Period - placement based on availability: $200
Coaches who coached in a previous season receive 1 child discount for each team coached (Head coaches 100% covered, if registered during early/regular registration and Assistant coaches 50% covered, if registered during early/regular registration).
*Plus Bank Processing Fees of Approximately 3.5%
> 100% of fee paid less $25 admin processing will be provided for any reason until July 14
> Starting the Saturday of the first scheduled games, and only through Sunday night following the 3rd weekend of games, players may receive a prorated refund less $25 admin fee or a discount code for the following season to be used during or prior to the close of the Open Registration period of the next season, if they are physically deemed unable to continue playing by a doctor.
> Following the Sunday of the 4th weekend of games, no refunds will be provided for any reason, with the only exception those who had notified us earlier, but are still awaiting doctor’s proof.
Registration fees DO NOT include the Sterling Soccer Club uniform or other equipment needed or required to participate.
> If you HAVE NOT played in Sterling Soccer Club (formerly SYSA) since the Spring 2018 season, you will need a new uniform to participate due to the fact we updated our branding and uniform colors in the Fall of 2018.
> Uniforms can be purchased at Sterling Soccer (47100 Community Plaza #128, Sterling, VA 20164). Players U11 and above will need to wait until the club assigns numbers prior to purchasing.
Thanks to the generous donations of fellow member families, community members and corporate partners, Sterling Soccer Club is able to offer a limited number of players discounts for players qualifying for free or reduced lunch at their public school or with similar proof of financial hardship from a government agency. You should have already applied for this aid separately before beginning this registration process, and will need the personal discount coupon code supplied by our office. The number of players we can accommodate is directly tied to our scholarship fund balance (see below if you can give).
VOLUNTEERING IS EXPECTED
We cannot operate a small not-for-profit community club without the help of volunteers. As part of this registration, you will be expected to select a volunteer position. If you cannot volunteer under any circumstances, we offer the option of a $50 "Volunteering Opt-Out Fee" to cover the club's cost of hiring people to do additional work. If you do not select the opt-out fee, and yet do not volunteer, you will be sent an invoice for the $50 opt out fee and required to pay it (or volunteer) prior to registering with us in the future.
*Special Incentive for Coaches that coach and complete Safe Sport training: Head coaches are offered 100% off and assistant coaches 50% off of the registration for one child per team that they coach for the following season's registration after they complete a full season of coaching and complete the Safe Sport training. These may only be used during any pre-sale and/or early-bird registration periods to receive these deep % discounts. The Head Coach must verify satisfactory participation of the Assistant in order for the Assistant to receive the offer. If there are two Assistants deserving, they will each receive 25% off instead of 1 receiving 50% off.

Can you afford to donate the amount of a registration fee so less fortunate members of of the Eastern Loudoun community can play the game they love?
> If so, as you complete this registration process, you'll have the opportunity to donate to the Sterling Soccer Club Scholarship Fund, and we encourage you to choose the "Give One" level at least so we can fund a 40% scholarship for at least one player in need. If you can afford more, we'll take it! We have yet to collect more in donations than we have qualified requests, so every dollar we come up short comes out of the general fund.
> We are a registered 501(c)(3) not for profit, so your donations are fully deductible. 100% of funds donated to this fund using this form will only be used to reduce the registration fees and/or uniform costs of other players in need.
> If you or a company you're associated with can do more to support our community, please contact any board member at your convenience so we can share our vision and work together to make Sterling Soccer Club a true community club.
If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $10 discount on each child's registration fee after the first registered child. In order to claim this discount, you MUST register all of your children at the same time.
This form will walk you through the first child, but will then offer for you to add players just before the final payment step on the Review Page. On that page there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player".
Players with an approved scholarship discount code are not eligible for this family discount program.
